Chancay civilization was developed of the years 1. between valleys of Chancay, Gaudy, Rímac and Lurín, in the central coast of Peru . Its center was located to 80 kilometers to the north of Lima . One is a basically desert territorial location, but with fertile valleys bathed by rich rivers and in resources, that allowed, among others, a high development of agriculture.

This culture arises when Wari Culture dissolves .
